    Karen is the best. Her experience and intelligence really shone through during our relatively complex home buying process. What I like most about Karen is that she takes initiative and finds ways to make things happen on time, and with the right level of quality - whether it’s bringing in the right third parties, making sure they do their jobs to spec, project managing the whole process from start to finish, and clearly communicating every step of the way. Karen was available every time we needed her or had a question (and there were many), and she either had an immediate answer 99% of the time or retrieved the answer within a few minutes. Nothing was lost in translation; nothing slipped between the cracks. Karen is also just a genuinely kind, funny, and caring individual whom my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with on a personal level.     My wife and I decided to move back to the east coast. Sadly, we knew we would have to sell our condo. Luckily for us Karen helped us purchase the condo in a multiple bid situation when we were not the highest bid, so selling the condo with her was a no brainer. Like before Karen used her expertise and experience as an advisor to walk us through the selling process. She was very thorough. Her photographer came the day after we completed her simple recommendations about preparing the property for market. The photos came out great and Karen set aside one weekend to have an open house. After one weekend on the market we had six offers to choose from and we were in escrow that week. As we moved forward through the beginning of escrow; COVID-19 was putting us at risk of not closing, but with Karen’s leadership and direction everything ran smooth.
